We only had six workstations to do, but we use hosted Exchange. It would have been pretty easy to just let Windows create the new profile and copy the contents over from the old one. The problem was that you can't copy the cached Exchange file over, you have to let it rebuild. Yeah, six users with over Gb of email data, the largest being just over 40Gb.
